The seminar, part of the Summer 2003 Marketing Seminar Series, details how companies effectively create customer-focused initiatives throughout their organizations and highlights the step-by-step processes and key milestones companies use to transform a corporate culture from product-focused to customer-focused. This allows leading companies to attract, nurture, and retain highly profitable customer relationships.
